Trinity Pines is looking for individuals who aim to provide a unique retreat and camp environment that allows for the transformation of lives into the nature and character of Jesus Christ. Key Qualities:
· An active and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
· Desire to make an impact in God’s Kingdom
· Desire to be a part of weekly discipleship
· Responsible, punctual, and team oriented
· Takes initiative in observing and executing tasks and responsibilities
· Position includes working both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions
· Ability to work with various people dynamics
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Operate ropes courses
· Facilitate low elements and team building
· Manage logistics of lake days and river tubing
· Assist with logistics of meeting spaces
· Prepare for camp turnarounds in a timely manner
· Exemplify servant leadership perspective
· Occasionally serving meals as needed
· Operation of the store during group rotations and night snack shack
