Pastor Bret Rickey began his career in the finance and insurance industry where he worked for 11 years.  At age 33, he was called into full-time ministry where he served as a pastor for 25 years in 2 churches that saw incredible seasons of growth during his tenure.  In 2022, he became the District Superintendent of the Oregon-Pacific district and currently lives in Eugene, Oregon.  His is married to Mindy, and they have 3 daughters, 2 son-n-laws, and 4 grandchildren.  Brett has authored three books on Christian living, mentored pastors across the country, and is always ready to drink more coffee.  He likes every sport and working out.

MUSIC
Pastor John Shaul is passionate about leadership development and helping people discover their potential. He also enjoys helping others see how God has uniquely created them. A native Idahoan, John has spent 25 years serving churches in the Intermountain District. His ministry experience spans a wide range of areas, from youth and young adult programs to technology, worship music, and preaching. He and his wife, Sarah, make their home in Nampa where he is on staff as the Pastor of Discipleship & Outreach at Karcher Church. He enjoys many styles of music, a good cup of coffee, and time spent with friends and family.​
